IT Networking Support Engineer Minimum 5 years of experience.
Role/Responsibilities:
1. HARDWARE
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Setting up and configuring servers along with storage, laptops, and desktops.
• Configuring all type of Network and local Printers
• Provide desktop and server support
• Remote Technical Support
• Support tablets and smartphones when necessary.
2. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Windows Operating System
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops, and laptops, network equipment, printers, etc…
• Execute backup procedures and rotate and maintain backup media onsite and offsite.
• MS Outlook Email configuration, backup, and support
3. SOFTWARE
• Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops locally & centrally.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
